Tara Rafting in Montenegro

Meet “The Tear of Europe”

Tara Rafting in Montenegro takes you to “The Tear of Europe”. The canyon of Tara River is 1,330 m deep and it represents the deepest canyon in Europe, the second deepest in the world after the Grand Canyon in Arizona, with its Colorado River. Tara River rafting in Montenegro offers an unforgettable experience. The major part of the Tara River flow is in the area of Durmitor National Park.

Tara River is an unforgettable experience

The most attractive part of the Tara River is the section from Brstanovica to Bastasi where the river creates challenging rapids attractive for nature lovers. After 16 kilometers of adrenaline and breath-taking nature, Tara River and its tributary the River Piva create River Drina. Finishing up Tara rafting in Montenegro we arrive at the village Scepan Polje. In the camp, you will find showers and a restaurant which fits perfectly in the environment.
