Complaints and refund claims
In case you have a complaint, and refund claims, please contact your tour leader/guide or representative immediately. And if the tour services are incomplete or executed below standard, also do let us know as soon as possible in order to find a satisfactory change. We will consider refund claims as invalid unless the Agency was notified on time.
Please send all refund claims to the Agency in writing, within 7 days of the completion of the trip. The Client is entitled to compensation in the amount of real value of services that have not been provided. Any possible disputes shall be settled at a Zagreb-based court.
According to Article 10, Paragraphs 1 and 2 of the Croatian Law on Consumer Protection (Narodne novine Official Gazette no. 19/22, 59/23 valid from 25.06.2023.) and Article 6, Paragraph 3 Croatian Law of the Act on the Providing Services in Tourism (Narodne novine Official Gazette no. 130/17, 25/19, 98/19, 42/20, 70/21 valid from 26.06.2021.) the client can submit all complaints regarding the quality of services to the address:

The client will receive a response to the complaint in writing within 15 days of receipt of the complaint. We urge our clients to send their full name and surname, the exact address (street name, house number, postal code, city/town, province/region, country) or your e-mail address for the response, as well as as much detail about the tour/trip and circumstances of their complaint and the services provided as you can.
PLEASE DOUBLE CHECK:
- if your travel documentation is valid
- respect all customs and foreign exchange regulations of the destination country
- advise the Agency of any form of disability or impairment, as well as any dietary needs or medication you might take
- provide the document which confirms payment of service (voucher, bank receipt, or other received by e-mail)
- inquire whether you require a visa for Croatia, as well as neighboring countries if traveling through them
Court jurisdiction
The client has the right to judicial arbitration. The Client and the Agency will aim to settle possible lawsuits. If an agreement is not reached, it becomes subject to the Zagreb Court’s jurisdiction, under the authority of the laws of the Republic of Croatia.
