Walking Krka River is a perfect combination of light activity and refreshing clean waters. Therefore Krka River will thrill you. Spend your day walking and visiting one of Croatia’s most popular national parks. Its natural beauty, fantastic karst formations, and travertine waterfalls will amaze you. Also with its history and attractive swimming areas. A short boat ride takes us from Skradin to the 44-meters high Skradinski Buk Waterfall. The world’s second hydroelectric power plant was built in this famous and historic place. History also says just three days after the first one on Niagara Falls.
Krka River National Park will thrill you
While walking around Krka River there will be time for a swim. You will be able to admire the Krka River National Park abundant wildlife, particularly birds. Since more than 200 different species can be seen. After this great activity, you are free to enjoy Skradin. A small picturesque town, rich in history, with a couple of family-run hotels, restaurants, pubs, and wineries, all in a friendly atmosphere. Even children from 6 years of age, accompanied by parents, can participate. Don’t forget to bring your camera, sun cream, picnic, and water. In case of colder weather take a long-sleeved shirt.
10:00 – arrival to destination – Skradin
10:15 – preparing for the trip and safety briefing
10:30 – starting the trip
12:00 – picnic and picture break by the Skradinski Buk waterfall
13:00 – visiting Visovac and Roski waterfall
16:00 – finishing up the trip back in Skradin
Min 4 – max 16 people per group. Larger groups are on request. Minimum numbers apply. There is a possibility of cancellation after confirmation if there is not enough passengers to meet requirements. In the event of this occurring, you will be offered an alternative or full refund. In case the minimum number of participants is not met but the guest/s still want to do the trip, the price increases by a percentage depending on the final number of participants.

The summers are typically warm and sunny. From May to October temperatures are comfortable for hiking, paddling, and swimming. Rain is always a possibility in Croatia so it is essential to bring adequate rain wear and a jacket in case of inclement weather.
