Una Whitewater Rafting in Croatia – Epic River Adventure for Adrenaline Seekers

Looking for the ultimate whitewater rafting experience in Croatia? Look no further than the Una River, one of the most stunning and adrenaline-filled rivers in the region. Starting beneath the breathtaking Štrbački buk waterfall, this rafting adventure leads you through thrilling class III whitewater rapids, crystal-clear waters, and untouched nature.

This is whitewater rafting in Croatia with no boring stretches—just pure fun, adventure, and adrenaline.

According to legend, the Una got its name from the Latin word “uno”—meaning “the one”, a fitting title for a river so uniquely beautiful, nestled at the intersection of Lika, Dalmatia, and Bosnia, near the small village of Suvaja. Rafting the Una River in Croatia offers not just excitement but incredible natural scenery that will stay with you long after the trip.

Wild Rapids and Scenic Beauty

The best part? This rafting trip starts in Croatia, so no border crossing is required. We meet at the quiet village of Nebljusi, in the Plitvice Lakes hinterland, where you’ll receive all the gear and instructions before we head to the river.

From Štrbački buk to Loskun, you’ll raft 7 kilometres through a series of waterfalls, rapids, and natural pools—widely considered the most beautiful and exciting section of the Una River. This route is perfect for adults and teenagers aged 12+ looking for a mix of thrill and unspoiled nature. Our trips use professional SOTAR rafting boats, each with a certified river guide.
