Family-friendly kayaking trip on the Zrmanja River

Discover the untouched beauty of the Zrmanja River, one of Croatia’s best-kept secrets for kayaking lovers. This family-friendly,  short kayaking trip at Zrmanja takes you through the most scenic parts of the river’s upper course, from Berberov Buk waterfall to Ogarov Buk waterfall.

The route is 2 kilometres long – perfect for a short getaway on the river. This part of the river has no rapids, and our final destination is the last waterfall on the upper section of Zrmanja – Ogarov Buk.

Your adventure begins in Muškovci, where you’ll receive all the necessary equipment and a quick safety briefing. From there, we paddle upstream along the calm and crystal-clear waters, surrounded by lush greenery and peaceful natural sounds.

As you kayak through this pristine environment, you’ll enjoy gentle currents that make the tour ideal for families with smaller children and first-time paddlers. At Ogarov Buk, we’ll take a break for swimming and relaxing in one of the river’s most beautiful spots.

A short kayaking trip at Zrmanja is a perfect way to explore the natural wonders of Croatia, far from crowds and noise. After the break, we paddle back downstream to our starting point, refreshed and full of new memories.
